Can the Conference Desk help me find a venue for my meeting?
Yes Telford and Shropshire Conference Desk provide a free venue finding service for Conference Agents and other buyers. Just call Sarah Bird on 01952 567560 or email sarah.bird@transformingtelford.co.uk and we will contact you immediately.
Is the service completely free?
Yes. Unlike some UK conference desks, we do not charge commission to clients or to venues and we are happy that you are using our services to bring business to Telford and Shropshire.
Can the Conference Desk find accommodation for my event?
Yes we provide an Accommodation booking service. However we understand that many Agents want to handle rooms allocations themselves and we are happy to support you in this.
How do I obtain prices and check availability of some of your venues?
Once we have spoken to you and got a full picture of your event requirements we send your proposal to our members who are suitable. We deal with over 40 venues across Telford and Shropshire. Each member then submits to us their process and other details, which we will return to you.
How quickly can I get the information I need?
We aim to get all enquiry details back to you within 24 hours.
Do you have any details of A.V. suppliers or other support services?
Yes some of our members are support services. These are listed on our web site
Do you provide support materials for events such as guides?
Yes we are happy to provide literature. Please email sarah.bird@transformingtelford.co.uk with your requirements.
