 Following the success of the second instalment of Careers in Sport + Leisure in November 2010 we are delighted to announce the details for the return of the event, which will take place on Wed 30th Nov and Thurs 1st Dec 2011 at the International Centre, Telford.The event aims to build on the success of 2010 by attracting more than 6000 young people with a passion for sport and leisure and providing them with the information, advice and opportunities to help them make the best possible start to their career. As we look to improve the event even more, we promise that Careers in Sport + Leisure 2011 will be bigger and better than ever before! With lots of interactivity, as well as the scores of exhibitors and speakers all present to help youngsters further their career ambitions in the industry, this year’s event can't be missed. With previous exhibitors including adidas, SkillsActive, David Lloyd, Nuffield Health, The FA, The RFU and Premier Training, and speakers such as Phil Smith (Sport England), Richard Beale (Birmingham City FC), Martin Allen (former Leicester City manager and professional footballer), Duncan Goodhew (Olympic swimmer) and Darren Campbell (Olympic sprinter), the event is a 'must attend' event for anyone looking to work or progress their career in the sport and leisure industry. We anticipate more than 50 speakers and over 40 exhibitors will take part in the two days of the event, all of whom are there to support the next generation of young people looking to make their future in the sport and leisure industry.
