The company that started running direct trains from Wrexham, Shrewsbury and Telford to London Marylebone in April 2008 has taken the market by storm providing a first class service for business and leisure. The group scored 97% for overall customer satisfaction in the survey.

The company that started running direct trains from Wrexham, Shrewsbury and Telford to London Marylebone in April 2008 has taken the market by storm providing a first class service for business and leisure.   The group scored 97% for overall customer satisfaction in the survey.

The outstanding result comes after a series of innovations that mark Wrexham & Shropshire as a completely different type of rail firm from the norm.

Wrexham & Shropshire is the only company in the country to have abolished unpopular peak fares, offers all passengers the option to receive their tickets by text message if they book online and provide freshly cooked locally-sourced food on every single train.

Wrexham & Shropshire places a huge amount of emphasis on customer service, with the result that an incredible 98% of passengers are satisfied with the helpfulness and attitude of staff on board.
