This Victorian built Country House Hotel & Spa is situated on the hillside of the Berwyn Mountain Range within a 24,000 acre Nature Reserve and is in a stunning yet tranquil location; 75 minutes from the Midlands and the North West.
Our purpose built conference area comprises of 3 rooms and 2 syndicates, all of which look out over the famous Vyrnwy reservoir. Enveloped by vast grounds, the hotel can host an array of pursuits including abseiling, rafting, archery, the famous Vyrnwy challenge (not for the faint hearted). Our Events Organiser has a huge range of creative training ideas and our dedicated business facilities make it the perfect place to conduct your conference. The hotel offers 52 individually decorated bedrooms, 34 of which have lake views.
Our award winning Tower Restaurant focuses on local seasonal ingredients such as Welsh Black Beef, Organic Welsh Lamb and game provided from the hotel's estate. Alternatively, for a more informal dining experience we have our Tavern Restaurant offering home-made pie of the day, rib eye steaks Caesar Salads and fish and chips – the choice is yours.
Our luxury Spa and Thermal Suite offers a thoroughly relaxing experience, including spa pool, sauna, Japanese salt steam room, mist and monsoon showers, plus a wide range of exotic treatments from around the world.
